Property is pretty old but the room which we stayed was neat and clean . Although it was small but it was ok. Parking is also good and covered. It was worth for the price

Please do not choose this hotel — the maintenance is extremely poor, and it is not suitable for family stays. I booked an economy class room, but that doesn't mean maintenance should be neglected. We paid per night. If you are not interested in maintaining the economy class rooms, please close that category to avoid causing inconvenience to families. I had booked two months ago, but when we arrived, the staff had no idea about our booking and even asked if we had gotten the date wrong. We booked for the 24th, but they asked if we had intended to book for the 23rd. We were made to wait for one hour while they sorted it out. I have never stayed in such poorly managed rooms in my life. It would be better to close the economy class accommodations altogether to prevent further damage to the hotel's reputation. Please remove this hotel from your list

The property was good at that price. However I didn't like the restaurant... The hotel is uphill 1.2 KM from coonoor railway station.

Good stay, rooms are very small but okay for a short period They have a beautiful lawn and a restaurant within hotel, which is good tastewise but they take a lot of time to get your food

Staff is very rude . When I was booked a room they told us it’s on first flier and give us on third floor.

Very bad experience. Room was at third floor no lift was there. It was very task to carry our luggage. Room is dusty and bath room is not hygiene. Although I booked 2 rooms for 5 adults they provide only for 4 adults facilities and demanded extra amount for bed. No toiletries provided, supplied tissue after complaining. Not worthy. Cheating Old building. Third floor rooms allotted but no lift facilities. It was very difficult to carry luggage. Moreover room was filled with dust, bedsheet and other items were felt unclean. Bath room was horrible..not hygiene..no toiletries. Although we booked 2 rooms for 5 members they provide only 4 members facilities. They demanded extra payment for bed. Not worthy... Cheating with Photoshop images. Not satisfied.

I have taken a standard room but due to poor cleanliness I had to upgrade to deluxe room still bathroom was not clean there. After changing so much we are not satisfied with the room. Rest everything is good like staffs, hotel outside area .

The room was very old and looked dull. Bedsheets & pillow covers even though they were changed were look-in dirty. The room service was also very bad and food was also bad and expensive. Upright hotel ppl were ask-in for tips despite knowin service was useless
